He is a highly educated and articulate young vibrant servant of God. He hails from Adiasim Ikot Udo, Essien Udim local government Area of Akwa Ibom state of Nigeria. He is the Senior Pastor and General Overseer of WORD-POWER INTERVENTION MINISTRIES (Destiny Re-activation Mission) Cape Town,South Africa. 

 

He holds a Bachelor of arts degree in Theology from World Christian University, Johannesburg, Post Graduate Diploma in Oil and Gas Project management, Diploma in Business Administration. Professional certifications in Leadership and Business Development, Corporate Management, Health Safety and Environmental management, Emergency, Crisis, Disaster and Risk Management. 

 

He is a preacher of the word with indepth understanding coupled with deep revelation. He is a seasoned conference/seminar teacher with considerable amount of experience, a writer of daily devotional called WISDOM FOR DAILY LIVING. He has touched lives with his prolific writing skills to the glory of God.

 

Apostle Boni Ekong is an Actor of international repute. He has featured in Nigeria Christian and Nollywood films like Tears And Pain, The Gods and the Man, Wicked Heart, just to mention but a few. He was the lead cast on Glo Mobile Network Advert tittled “TGIF (Thank Glo it’s Friday), featuring Wiskid.

 

He has served in many capacity in the ministry as Youth pastor, Resident pastor, Leadership facilitator for years until he founded Word-Power some years ago.

He is married to Pastor (Mrs) Monica Ekong and they are blessed with 3 beautiful children.

 

He is a man with great insight into the spiritual realm.
